In this workshop participants will gain insight into the pitfalls of their relationships and communication styles.
Attendees will take home with them a variety of tools to improve their relationships, decrease negativity & stress and learn to reconnect with their partners.
This workshop is also great for new grads, students or therapists who want to add skills to their counselling repertoire.
